Automize is looking for a Project Manager

Automize is experiencing growth and therefore needs to strengthen its deliveries with a skilled project manager who has a good technical understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to handle larger projects within the field.

Your responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that internal and external projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the agreed quality. You will work for customers in both the SME and enterprise segments.

 We place great emphasis on:

  • You have strong communication skills and create a good dialogue with both customers and colleagues.
  • You are persistent in completing the milestones in your projects on time.
  • You are able to independently navigate the challenges along the way in the projects.
  • You have experience using both agile and traditional project methods.

What will your workday look like?

As a project manager, a large part of your daily life will involve being in contact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders in Automize's delivery projects. You are able to plan, lead, coordinate, and juggle many tasks at the same time.

You will experience working in the tension field between classic business infrastructure and classic delivery models, while also looking into "as Code" projects, where the approach to projects leans towards the agile approach associated with software projects.

The ideal candidate can recognize themselves in the following:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the IT industry, preferably with a technical background.
  • You have strong skills in stakeholder management both externally and internally.
  • You have a strong execution drive and find it natural to take responsibility for delivering on time and with quality.
  • You have a master's or bachelor's degree, preferably supplemented with certifications such as IPMA, PRINCE 2, PMI, or similar, as well as training in agile project management (SAFe, Scrum).
  • You are structured, communicative, and clear in language and behavior.
  • You have commercial experience and can think holistically.
  • You are solution-oriented, persistent, and have a pragmatic approach to your tasks.
  • You are willing to drive both small and large projects, both internal and external.
  • You must be able to communicate in English both in writing and speaking.
  • Experience with portfolio management is a plus.

We offer

  • A workplace that emphasizes good values such as openness, a holistic approach to collaboration, and integrity.
  • An attractive salary package based on your qualifications and experience.
  • A job where you can develop both professionally and personally.
  • Employee benefits – Pension, paid health insurance, lunch arrangement, TV packages, as well as social and professional events.

Workplace

The primary workplace will be either Kolding or Aarhus, with one day a week at the location that is not your primary. You should also expect to travel to Høje Taastrup a few times a year. Start as soon as possible or by agreement.
